Bironas' 8 FG game preserved in Canton 10/22/2007 See All News Rob Bironas, placekicker for the Tennessee Titans from 2005-2013, entered the NFL record books in 2007. He successfully converted eight field goal attempts during a 38-36 win over AFC South Division rival Houston Texans on Oct. 21, 2007 (NFL.com Game Center). The ball kicked by Bironas to establish the new mark arrived at the Pro Football Hall of Fame days later and was added to the Hall's permament collection. Bironas converted field goals of 52, 25, 21, 30, 28, 43 yards with the final two coming from 29-yards out. The record kick came as time expired following a 63-yard drive in the final minute by Titans quarterback Kerry Collins.
